Service is First Class, Couldn't have asked for a nicer company to deal with, friendly, funny and very down to earth and cant do enough to accommodate you, I had the circus dome and 37ft obstacle course, both were amazing, kids and adults had an absolute ball on them, Cant wait for an excuse to hire them again.

Frequently Asked Questions

When can your Bouncy Castles be booked?

Our inflatables are available 365 days a year, During the peak season "March-September" we can get quite busy, so its best to book early.

What happens if its raining/adverse weather?

If on the day of your booking the weather is too severe, You may cancel by calling us by 10am on day or 2 hours earlier whichever is longer.

How much space will I need?

This will be the size displayed on the inflatable ordered, Then about 4ft each side and 4ft back and front.

What if I wish to cancel?

You can cancel at any time upto 6pm the day before castle is due, Otherwise you may be liable for a £25.00 charge to cover any costs such as staff, fuel etc.

Can I book for Today?

Yes of course providing we have availability, However you can't use our online system for "sameday bookings" call us on 07724240052

Are you fully insured, If anybody gets hurt who is to blame?

We carry 5 million pounds worth of public liability cover, however as per our terms and conditions we cannot be held liable for any injuries caused whilst the castle is in your care. You are the sole person responsible for the castle and it's use and therefore should anything happen, you are liable to a claim as the hirer. Our Public Liability covers US against set up faults or faulty equipment etc.

I don't have any Electric on site or within 30 metres what can I do?

Don't worry! our 6KVA Silent Diesel Generator for hire at £25.00 per day will power upto 3 inflatables and even a music system too, Its quite silent too.

What kind of access is required?

As a rule we require a "standard door opening" to get the inflatables through. but please check before hiring

Can I hire a Bouncy Castle indoors?

Yes, Please ensure ceiling height in your function room will be higher than inflatable contact us if your unsure.

Are your inflatables safe?

We do everything we can in terms of safety from using RCD devices to perfoming pre event safety checks to ensure your event is fun filled and safe.

Can I collect the inflatable from you for my hire?

The Inflatables NI only hire to venues that we are able to bring/set-up inflatables too, Our insurance doesn't allow you to interfear with the equipment, All Staff have completed a Training Course over 4 Weekends.

How much do you charge?
